We are pleased to announce the success of the workshop held last Thursday, November 9, 2023, in the seminar hall of the College of Pharmacy. The workshop, titled “The First Specialized Workshop on Programmatic Accreditation for Pharmacy Colleges,” featured a presentation by Professor Dr. Basim Arheem Al-Shibani from the University of Al-Qadisiyah/Medical College. He shared valuable insights into the importance and mechanisms of achieving programmatic accreditation in higher education institutions, especially in the field of pharmacy.

The workshop covered various topics, including:

• The concept of programmatic accreditation and its significance.
• Necessary steps and stages to achieve programmatic accreditation.
• Practical experiences and successful models.
